This is small-sized thermoforming equipment, especially suitable for production of 

   small pieces of refrigerator cabinet inner liner, door liner, auto-panels, and door 

   inner panels。

◆ The sheets are moved and heated at the heaters, and then removed from the sheet zone 

   Lower mould will rise to the sheet position, and the sheet shall be formed with

   vacuum. When the sheet is cooled, its mould shall be removed. Sheets shall be 

   manually picked up and loaded。

◆ Maximum thermoforming size: 2000mmX900mm，the heaters consists of two halves, with

   each temperature separately adjusted, so as to ensure the heating effects。

◆ All the action parameters and heating temperatures can be set up, modified, and
   saved Different parameters have been pre-set for different models, very easy to work

   with

◆ Thermoforming and mould removing are controlled with proportional valves to have

   optimized products

◆ The equipment has quick mould removing capacity, with each change less than 15min

◆ Mould platforms are raised or lowered with servo motors, the gear has good rack 

   structure, which can accurately be speeded up and positioned, with good mould removal

   effect and stability, low breakdown rate and easy to maintain。

◆ Motor controlled structure can make the equipment clean, low noise, stable mould

   table running and good quality。

◆ Motor controlled system is consisted of 7.5KW motors which runs only at raising or

   lowering mould table, each cycle lasts for less than 10s, it consumes only 10kwh for

   running 24hr, resulting in energy saving
